1. ARCS
ARCS is a Sweden-based online personal-development education and coaching service founded by Aveen Saeid. You can contact us via the contact page. These terms explain the current enquiry service and the principles governing services that may subsequently be agreed directly with you.

2. Educational services
ARCS offers information about courses, individual coaching sessions and structured personal-development programmes focused on discipline, planning, communication, confidence and practical skills. ARCS does not provide psychotherapy, medical diagnosis or treatment, or regulated legal or investment advice. No particular personal outcome is guaranteed.
3. Website enquiries
You may send enquiries and requests to book without charge. A submitted form does not itself create a contract, reserve a time, grant access to a course or authorise a payment. ARCS may reply with availability, a service description and the next steps. We may decline requests outside our services or availability.
4. Offers, scope and price
Published prices are customer-facing prices in euros. Any applicable VAT will be included in the total amount quoted before payment; the final agreed price, scope, tax treatment, delivery arrangements and individual service terms are confirmed before a paid agreement is made. Where required, invoices will separately identify VAT or state the relevant exemption. For more information, see our Business Information & VAT section or contact manager@archs.online. Upcoming courses are marked as such and are not available for immediate purchase.
5. Booking and payment
This website does not currently take payment or provide an instant confirmed booking. Any future online checkout will identify its payment provider and present the relevant terms before a charge is accepted. Programme instalments, if offered, are governed by the individual agreed terms and applicable law.
6. Materials and intellectual property
Text, visual design and original ARCS learning materials are owned by ARCS or used under licence. Unless a separate agreement expressly allows it, the site does not grant permission to resell or redistribute course content or copy the brand's protected creative work. Statutory user rights remain unaffected.
7. Consumer protections
Nothing in these terms overrides mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to withdrawal, defective or undelivered services and statutory remedies. Read our Refunds & Cancellations page and access the withdrawal request form where relevant.
8. Privacy and changes
We process enquiry details according to our Privacy Policy. We may update the website and terms prospectively. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights arising under a confirmed agreement.
9. Questions and disputes
Please contact ARCS if you have a question or complaint about our services. Applicable Swedish consumer-law protections and appropriate consumer dispute procedures remain available where relevant.
