Effective 15 October 2026
1. Who manages your information
ARCS is a personal-development education and coaching service founded by Aveen Saeid. ARCS is responsible for the personal information that you send through this website. To make a privacy request, please use our contact form and choose “Privacy enquiry”.
For privacy and personal-data requests, email support@archs.online. General enquiries may be sent to contact@archs.online.
2. What we collect
When you contact ARCS or request a booking, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, selected service, possible appointment preferences, time zone, and message. Our hosting provider may also process technical connection data for security and operation. Please do not include medical records, mental-health information, financial account details or other sensitive information in your message.
3. Why we use this information
We use your details to answer questions, consider booking requests, communicate with you about the relevant service and keep a reasonable record of our correspondence. Depending on the interaction, our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), our legitimate interest in handling requests and protecting our website (Art. 6(1)(f)), or a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)). We do not add you to promotional mailing lists simply because you contact us.
4. Service providers
This website uses Netlify hosting and is designed to process its enquiry forms through Netlify Forms. Form details may be stored and passed to ARCS through configured notification services. Netlify and its subprocessors may handle information in different countries in accordance with applicable data-protection arrangements. If additional providers are introduced, this notice will be updated.
5. Retention and security
We keep enquiries for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, handle relevant follow-up, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal duties. We review whether old enquiries are still needed. We use access controls and HTTPS on the published site; no online transmission or storage service can be guaranteed completely risk-free.
6. Your rights
Subject to the relevant conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to certain uses of your data. You may contact the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) if you have concerns. Submit your request through our contact page.
7. Cookies
The core ARCS website does not intentionally set advertising or analytics cookies. Essential technical processing may occur at the hosting layer. See the Cookie Notice.
8. Updates
We may revise this policy when our services, technical providers or data handling change. The version published here applies from the date shown above.
