Effective 15 October 2026
1. Before you purchase
The current ARCS website accepts booking and course enquiries only. Sending a request is free, does not reserve a session and does not create a payment obligation. Any paid engagement must be confirmed separately with the service scope, price, timing and applicable terms.
2. Your right to withdraw
Consumers entering eligible distance contracts generally have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason. For a service contract, this period normally starts the day after the contract is concluded. Exceptions and specific conditions may apply. These rights exist under applicable consumer law regardless of this policy.
3. Coaching and programmes
If you expressly ask ARCS to begin providing a service during a statutory withdrawal period, you may owe a proportionate amount for work already delivered if the relevant legal requirements are met. Withdrawal rights may be lost for a fully performed service only where the statutory conditions are satisfied. We will explain the applicable arrangements before agreeing to provide any paid service.
4. Digital learning materials
For digital content supplied immediately without physical media, a statutory withdrawal right may cease only where the required express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation conditions are met. If those conditions are not satisfied, applicable withdrawal rights remain. Courses displayed as upcoming cannot currently be purchased on this site.
5. Rescheduling and cancellations
Session rescheduling, missed appointments, programme delivery and any additional commercial cancellation terms will be specified before a paid booking is agreed. Such arrangements do not limit any mandatory consumer remedies or withdrawal rights.
6. How to contact us about a refund or withdrawal
Use the withdrawal and cancellation form to identify your booking or contract and explain the action you wish to take. You do not have to give a reason when exercising a valid statutory right to withdraw. An eligible withdrawal takes effect by sending the required notice; it is not dependent on ARCS deciding to approve it.
You may exercise an applicable withdrawal right by writing directly to support@archs.online; you do not have to use our website form. For other questions, call +44 7732 725384.
7. Refunds
Where a refund is legally due, it will be issued according to the applicable deadline and method, ordinarily using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. No payments are currently collected through this website.
